The Molly Polly Chunker

Recipe:
1.5 oz blueberry vodka
0.5 oz vanilla vodka
0.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
4. oz ginger beer
top with two fresh blueberries
*optional: fresh lime wedge
Pour vodkas and fresh lime juice into a copper mug or rocks glass;
add ice cubes and ginger beer.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a few blueberries and fresh lime wedge.
You won't find any Moscow Mules at Cafe Arielle, but you will find the Molly Polly Chunker, our very own tribute to two of the finest mules to ever grace the canals of Old Mauch Chunk.
Molly and Polly were the names of the mules who pulled the canal boat along the D&L Canal during Louis Comfort Tiffany's 1886 two week voyage to celebrate his upcoming wedding. Molly and Polly pulled Tiffany and his party from Bristol PA to Mauch Chunk and back.
