2023 Jim Thorpe
Fall Foliage Festival
October 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, & 28-29 2023
We are thrilled to announce the return of Jim Thorpe's renowned Fall Foliage Festival for another season! Our beloved Fall Festivals in Jim Thorpe continue to be a cherished tradition, celebrating over 30 years of popularity.
Nestled in this picturesque American small town, Jim Thorpe has consistently been a favored destination for visitors from near and far. It consistently ranks among the "Top" U.S. Small Towns for various attractions, including leaf peeping, Christmas festivities, outdoor adventures, historical sites, and our distinctive Victorian architecture. Jim Thorpe takes pride in being the central hub for visitors exploring Carbon County and Northeast Pennsylvania. Our prime location places us just 2 hours from New York and 90 minutes from Philadelphia, making us easily accessible to our friends across the Mid-Atlantic states.
Jim Thorpe boasts year-round charm, thanks to our National Historic District, one-of-a-kind dining establishments and taverns, delightful shops offering everything from handmade crafts to gourmet delights and antiques. Moreover, we are home to famous attractions such as the Asa Packer Mansion, Mauch Chunk Museum, The Old Jail, and the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway. For a unique perspective of our town, the Jim Thorpe Trolley offers a convenient hop-on/hop-off tour of Jim Thorpe.
Here's what you can look forward to at this year's Fall Foliage Festival:
Four weekends of free live music on four stages scattered throughout the Historic District.
A diverse selection of food vendors, with an emphasis on fresh and locally-sourced offerings.
Additional vendors in Josiah White Park, carefully chosen to enhance the Fall Foliage experience.
Enjoy leisurely horse and carriage rides through our charming town.
